Bangalore's most premium "ETA Gardens" designed by Architect Jaffer AA Khan RIBA, of JDS Architects, Bangalore was almost entirely featured in the film "Muppozhudum un Karpanaigal" a tamil feature film released recently.The project is a premium 2.1 million sft residential apartments in 16 acres which was the first green housing project cleared by the MOEF, GOI in 2005.
